If I have my CSPO® and already have a year of work experience as a Product Owner, do I have to wait a year before taking the A-CSPO™ educational offering?

No need to wait. If you already have at least 12 months of work experience as a Product Owner, then you have met the work experience requirement for the certification. Role-based work experience must be entered onto your Scrum Alliance® certificant dashboard. Then, once you enroll in an A-CSPO program and complete all coursework, you’ll be eligible to receive your certification. Also, if you have at least 24 months of experience working as a Product Owner, you can progress directly from the A-CSPO to CSP-PO without waiting a year in between each certification. Visit here to find Advanced Product Owner educational offerings.
